EDIT! UPDATED!

Ok, this has been a side project (next to the minecraft server im running lol) that ive been working on. Right now i have a basic clock and menu screen implemented, no buttons to start software yet though. Also to explain a bit of confusion, when you press the top part at any time it closes the lid, which like the real DS/i/XL puts it in a power saver mode. So thats what that does. Also, theres a hidden game on there right now. Getting to it involves the power button, thats all im going to say. If you find it ill give you a cookie or something, maybe a drawing idk. NEXT UP, ACTUAL GAMES AND PROGRAMS ON THE MENU!

My next big project, the virtual DSi XL! Well kinda, its mostly going to be a parody, doing stuff the normal DSi XL can't! This is still a WIP, so any ideas to parody Nintendo or its DSi are welcome, cuz im running on fumes :P

start up the dsi, when it says "touch here..." click and hold the power button again, release the click with the pointer off of the button.

Derp I'm still trying to find that secret game.

Maybe after you get the games and programs you should make it slide when you click and swipe it with your mouse like it does with the stylus. and if you slide it fast enough the games go off screen and bounce back like they're affected by momentum. :D
